Booking & Cancellation Policy At Uncovered by Piper, I know life happens—and I truly appreciate your respect for both my time and the time of the other guests. To help keep our schedule running smoothly, I kindly ask that you review the following: 24-Hour Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 12-24 hours in advance. This gives me the opportunity to offer your appointment time to someone else. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 30% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge for 50% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment. Running Late? Please let me know if you’re running behind. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to ensure we stay on time for everyone. The full service fee may still apply. Deposits Certain service appointments may require a deposit to secure your booking.
